2017 Computer Science Convocation

The Department of Computer Science at San Jose State University is cordially inviting you to attend the annual Convocation on Friday, May 26, 2017, 11 AM to 1PM, at the Morris Dailey Auditorium.

Registration

Students who plan to participate in the Convocation ceremony must register by the deadline. Registration is mandatory in order to participate. The registration will open on February 1st and the deadline to register is April 14, 2017. Registration will be accepted until we are at capacity. If the capacity is reached prior to April 14, 2017, registration will close. So, please sign up early.

Upon registering, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. To receive the convocation tickets, bring the confirmation number and your student ID to the CS office (MH 208) between April 17, and April 28, 2017.

Guest tickets

Students who register will be able to receive up to 4 complementary guest tickets for the Convocation ceremony. Please, bring the registration confirmation to the CS Office in room MH 208 to receive the tickets between April 17 and April 28, 2017.

Unclaimed and extra tickets (capacity permitting) will be distributed between May 1 and May 12, 2017, by the CS office (MH 208).
